Sure I have. I noticed that after having taken multivitamins that my urine changed to a very rich, vibrant yellow, almost neon. At the time I didn't associate it with the vitamins, I thought that I was severely dehydrated. So I began to drink more water, but my urine stayed unusually dark. After skipping a day with the vitamins I noticed the association.

So I asked a colleague at the urinal next to me post-flush as I turned around towards the sink if he had noticed this phenomenon. Indeed, he had. And in that moment, let it be known, our bonds as friends were reaffirmed.
