No. Russia was going to help anyone who wasn't Hillary in the Democratic primaries. While it could be brought up by his opponents, it won't "doom" the campaign unless someone in his 2016 campaign is actually indicted. So far, there hasn't been evidence of direct collusion with the Sanders campaign, unlike the Trump campaign (and possibly Jill Stein as well.)
