I am calling for the execution of Thumb21, the speaker, for his unjust removal of the public submission of the Puerto Gayle Act, violating the right of citizens to petition the government and receive a fair hearing of those petitions. The speaker has shown crass hatred of the rights of individuals and has declared the bill as "frivolous" despite not allowing any debate on it either. The speaker ought to be removed from his post and executed for these crimes against the people of Atlasia.

Additionally, as a citizen, I am not allowed to object to this injustice through legislative means, which is why I must take this judicial recourse.

You will need to get a member of the House to raise a challenge to the frivolity. This is not an appropriate forum to raise such a challenge.

I should not have to rely on the good graces of an elected official (who draws their power FROM the people such as me) to exercise my own constitutional rights.

The Death Penalty is explicitly prohibited by the Atlasian Constitution, thus a court cannot order such a punishment.

Then let the court defrock him, and the People will dole out the rest (and majority) of the punishment.
