Now this process could be sped up, even causing the Republican Party to somehow defeat the Obama juggernaut in 2012 if overnight, nearly every person in the United States who is considered a part of a minority group wins the lottery and becomes excessively rich. Tito could finally say goodbye to being a builder and will be living the high life!
