So much for "Free Elections" in nations of the former Soviet Union. I guess they don't know what life would be like without a Dictator.
I wonder why President Nazarbayev's party, would bother rigging an election when they know they're going to defeat their opponents by 60 percentage points. I think Nazarbayev's Government is trying to get up from 124th on the Corruption list to number 1, so they can be famous for something else than Borat.
