Doesn't Governor Fezzy get to appoint Phil's replacement?

That is correct.

I wonder who'll Fezzy apoint to fill Keystone Phil's Senate seat? I doubt it'll be me, however if it is, I would accept the position. No questions asked.

December Senate Elections Shaping to Be Uneventful
by South Park Conservative

As the whole hacking controversy has revealed, Former Lt. Gov of the Southeast Andy Jackson is considering a run, and would be likely to generate support from all three of the major Atlasian parties if he ran.

That I highly doubt. After all, this is Andy Jackson we are talking about.

While the party currently consists of only two elected officials and a leader who has never lead a party before, they hope to attract support for centrist causes.

Just curious Senator but I would like to ask how much research did you do prior to writing this article regarding the Democratic Alliance? No disrespect to you, but I believe if you had actually done more then you would discover that the Democratic Alliance currently has more than two elected officials.

I don't think party affiliation matter a whole much, either.

Party affiliation does not matter in Atlasia, its rather the candidate rather than the party, at least that's what I have gathered from my experience in Atlasia. However, there is, of course an exception: the Pacific and the JCP.

Northeast (LEAN NLC HOLD-->LEAN DA HOLD--> TOSSUP)
OPEN SEAT (AndrewCT retiring)
Lt. Governor Smid
Governor Conor Flynn
Fmr. President Mr. Moderate

1/19/09: Since Andrew will most likely run for President, this is probably going to be the most competitive seat in the election. Rising RPP moderate Smid looks like a good candidate, though he might not want the position. Additionally, Fmr. President Mr. Moderate may be interested in returning to public office.

You have some excellent sources SPC Tongue. I would to end all speculation of myself running for the Northeast Senate seat this February. I have no interest in the Senate, and it was evident during my brief tenure in the chambers early last year. That is all.

I am considering contesting the Northeast Senate seat in February.
I've been busy and haven't gotten around to discussing this with you, but it would be a travesty if you did not.

Agreed. He has my support wholeheartedly if he decides to persue such an endeavour this February.
