My first thought was that his attitude reminds me of people in some type of respiratory failure.  

Aye, he’s definitely struggling. I’m not going to armchair diagnose him, but I’ve been on enough walks with frail relatives to know what an overtaxed old chap looks like. I really don’t like this.

Not to belittle him, but do you think he could even stand behind a podium for an hour right now? We wouldn’t expect that of someone sick with the flu, why should Trump be any stronger?

The only debate format he could participate in is a seated Zoom call. And even then, he’d be opening himself up to scrutiny about whether his breathing was laboured etc.
