Mick Cornett: Oklahoma city mayor, moderate republican. He has a decent lead in polls over Drew Edmondson and has a strong voter base in west/central Oklahoma.

Kevin Stitt: Tulsa Businessman and strong social conservative. He has endorsements from quite a few Oklahoma politicians, alongside endorsements from people such as Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Rick Santorum (R-PA). He has a base in the Tulsa/east central Oklahoma region. Unfortunately for him, he is trailing Drew Edmondson in hypothetical polling.

This thread is for updates, commentary, discussion, etc. as we head into a night which might very well determine Oklahoma's next governor.

I'm keeping an eye on it. Nothings in yet, but Stitt seems more likely for the majority of Lamb's voters.

Wont be calling for Stitt yet, major lack of votes out of OKC and surrounding area.

Official calling:

STITT has won OK GOV!

He isn't polling as good against Edmondson, this will be a general to watch.

Of course, they couldn't go with the safe moderate and they had to throw in an arrogant, inexperienced, Santorum/Cruz plant.

So long ago, the good old days of Frank Keating.
