So since someone made a post asking Republicans to predict the Congressional midterm results with certain conditions, I've decided to do the same with Democrats. So with the following conditions predict the Congressional Midterm results:
1) The Mueller probe concludes before the midterms with no more indictments and no evidence of collusion.
2) the economy grows 3.5, 3.3, and 3.9% in the first three quarters of the year, while the Dow Jones surges to 30,000 points.
3) A massive Infrastructure Bill is passed with bipartisan support and signed into law.
4) Rick Scott, Luke Messer, Even Jenkins, Josh Mendel, Josh Hadley, Kevin Cramer, and Matt Rosendale are the Republican candidates in the FL, IN, WV, OH, MO, ND, and MT senate races respectively, while Heller and Mcsally beat back Far-Right challengers to become the nominees in the Nevada and Arizona senate races.
5) The #metoo movement accuses a Democratic senator in a Competitive Senate Race of Sexual harassment who then refuses to resign because it would allow a Republican Governor to replace him.
6) Another unjustified Police shooting of an unarmed African-American causes Civil Unrest to break out in a major city over the summer. Republicans use this as an opportunity to scare their Wealthy, White, Suburban, base that Democrats are going to send hordes of "Thugs" to pillage their neighborhoods.
7) A Islamist Terrorist attack occurs in a major American city the month before the election and Republicans use it to stir up Islamophobia among their White Racist base and accuse Democrats of being soft on Terrorism.
Due to the events mentioned above Trumps approval rating is in the high 40s by November and the Democrats lead in the generic ballot has fallen to the low single digits.
