Rest in peace. She was a great activist we did not deserve. She could have taken time off after her father's murder but she kept on with her activism even if it might have killed her.

Also, where are all the Republicans memorializing her? There's too much red on this thread.

Maybe "ironic" was not the right word. I wanted to point out how a woman who spent much of her life fighting institutional racism was slain by the effects of that same institutional racism.
