Hypothetical, not saying they will; but I've been thinking about how I just wanted the Senate won by the Reps so the court nominees could be easily confirmed...and then I remembered how Casey supported Alito and Roberts, so maybe the appointments won't be difficult after all...

Casey might support Bush's appointments...I have a feeling Webb wouldn't.
