The exit polls in New Jersey show the economy the number one issue for voters?

Didn't Corzine actually still lead on the economy in SUSA's polling? Hmm.

Those NJ numbers can't be very exciting for the Christie camp...

Although the 47/47 exit poll numbers in New Jersey can't be too exciting for the Corzine camp, can they?

At least assuming the traditional tendency of exit polls to overestimate Democrats.

It's 47/47? Where did you see that?

Toplines (with requisite grain of salt!) -- National Review's Jim Geraghty hears Corzine 47/Christie 47 in New Jersey; McDonnell 54.5/Deeds 45 in Virginia

Crap, totally missed the top line. It's interesting to see that Deeds might actually at least come within single digits. NJ will probably give us a long, long night.

Hopefully The Machine will be cranking hard for Corzine in these final hours.

6 minutes until the VA polls close!!! Will the race be called immediately?

Possibly. Tough to say. They might give it a few minutes and pronounce it "too early to call" instead of "too close to call".
