Apparently the list for California is final according to a comment by Richard Winger. That means that RFK Jr and the Libertarian party nominee will not be on the ballot in 2024. This seriously damages the prospects of either candidate and is most likely going to get a lawsuit filed against such a case.

Interesting. Is Jill Stein and Cornel West also not on it?

The Greens were willing to hold West's hand through it, too. But that wasn't enough. God forbid, he might have to get on a plane and respectfully hear out a few podunk party officials.
It's sad. It would have been the best performance for the Greens in a while, I suspect. Now their votes are pointlessly divided.

Do we have any speculation at all on who RFK would pick as VP?

I only ask because a lot of states, RFK can't collect ballots until he has a running mate. Also, his website is extremely good on the ballot access section.

I swear I saw somewhere (either here or Twitter) that RFK's VP announcement was slated for when he'll be in Honolulu (pointing to Tulsi), but I can't find that anymore - he was there a few weeks ago though and going to Hawaii more than once or even at all seems to be more focus than most campaigns give to the state. I always figured Tulsi would be his ideal VP choice (or at least the most prominent who would accept) - another former Democrat with "credibility"
That would be extremely impressive if he could snag Tulsi. Has Tulsi talked about RFK at all?

Just remember, folks, typically you need about 1.5 times the amount of signatures required since a lot of them do get disqualified.

Not just that - but are they going off of the threshold needed for an Independent candidate or a Libertarian candidate, or RFK's new "We the people" party or whatever? He doesn't even seem to have a plan on how he's running in each state
Oh, it's pretty clear what they're doing. If you check his campaign website, it's actually all laid out in a very easy to follow way. They're getting support for "we the people" only in the states where that significantly reduces the signature threshold. Otherwise he's independent. Right now he's doing everything for an Independent campaign with a made up party for pretense purposes where it helps. So no, that's not really a point of confusion for his campaign at all.

I think Idaho is coming up with the next deadline on March 15.

Only 1.000 signatures are required for Kennedy to be placed on the ballot there.

Kinda surprised that he didn't announce enough signatures there yet...
It's because they require him to announce a VP. So he hasn't even been able to start gathering signatures there. So Idaho isn't happening. See his website for deadlines and requirements.

Really?

How is Trump allowed onto the ID ballot without a Vice President?
Because that's a party ballot access question versus an independent candidacy access question. So different standards. I think it has to do with past performance but I'm not sure.

The Reform Party, Ross Perot’s old vehicle, has nominated RFK. This gets him on the ballot in Florida.
