Most of the people who complain about me as a mod do it because it's the "cool" thing to do.  If other mods took the actions I took, there largely wouldn't be any outcry.  Torie seems to have fallen largely into this category as well.

Apart from an accident, most of the people here who complain about my actions complain about some pretty trivial stuff or are part of the opebo club who think that even users who post porn shouldn't be banned.

To be fair, Inks, that's partly because you have a tendency to stick your foot in your mouth when explaining your actions.  Not saying that's an issue with the Mechaman case, but there have definitely been cases over the years where I thought your actions were perfectly defensible, yet you tied yourself up in rhetorical knots in your public explanation for said actions….the most infamous being "anti-pro-heterosexual rhetoric".

Sure, at times, but not often, and that wasn't a mod action.

Inks is not a good moderator. He's way too attached to his position and his actions, such as deleting sprees, are inexcusable. He lost credibility long ago and the only honorable course of action is to resign. If Bushie was capable of doing this, when his credibility was called into question, Inks should be as well.

That being said, there's no need to demonize him the way our resident brave basement revolutionaries likes to. But those guys just love to troll.

During any of my 'deletion sprees', I don't recall any mod disagreeing with the deletion of a single thread, and I've even kept a number of threads reported by others (usually those critical of me, but not always). That being said, I'm not attached to my position, and if Dave removed me tomorrow, I'd probably only cry for 2 hours and then be fine... but seriously, if I got removed, I wouldn't care; I just see no reason to resign.

Snowguy, my response to you in the other thread applies equally to your post here.

For reference, I mean this:

You were wrong about my actions when you were put on mod review (but at least acknowledged that).
You were wrong about my actions when Mechaman was muted (and never acknowledged that).

You're 0 for 2 now. What makes you so confident that you can accurately talk about my mod actions when you're record has you at 100% wrong so far?

I mean your post is so wrong, I don't know where to start to even attempt to put you on the right track. You know nothing about what you think you know regarding me, and other than where you quoted me directly, I don't see anything in your post that is accurate.
