Biden.  Not as decisively as Romney did, and it won't matter as much as Romney did, but it'll help stop Romney's gains on Obama.

I don't think it was as decisive of a win as the first debate (or perhaps I'm just a bit skewed in my thinking because I was almost positive Obama would win), but I largely agree with this.
