Be it resolved in the Atlasian House Assembled,

Article 9, Clause 3 of the House rules shall read as follows:

3) All proceedings save for when in Joint Session, must be conducted on the Atlas Fantasy Government Board.

With a majority of representatives voting to pass this resolution, the vote will close in 24 hours and any Representative who wishes to change his or her vote must do so during that interval.
