your state in a Presidential match up ? - BRTD fairly easily. Religious fundamentalism plays bad here.

your state in a Senate match up ? - BRTD. See above.

your cd in a Pres match up ? - BRTD.. It's a more conservative district than the state, but still largely anti-fundie.

your cd in a Congressional match up ? - BRTD. See above.

PS: There seems to be a similar political environment between Salzburg State and Minnesota. Allthough Salzburg is a state more to the center right (= for Austrian standards), a Bush rightist would stand no chance against BRTD here.

Better said, Salzburg State within Austria is more comparable with New Hampshire within the US. The conservative ÖVP was dominant in Salzburg from the second World War until 2004 when they were kicked out by the voters in a landslide. Since then the SPÖ governed the state well and the political climate is now reversed compared to the last 60 years. While the combined right got 60% in every election since WW2 until 2004, the combined left (SPÖ+Greens) are now polling 60% in the state. The Governor, Gabi Burgstaller rules and is popular, the economy is booming and a landslide SPÖ win in 2009´s state elections should be expected.
