Swearing-in ceremonies should only use a copy of the Constitution anyway, not the Bible.

The US is not a Christian Nation with Christianity as state religion and it's unfair for those of other religions and the atheists/agnostics.

On the other hand, if Christianity was the state religion in the US (with an amendment in the US constitution), then the Bible and the Constitution could be used.
