When was the last time Austria was involved in a major war?

Probably #1.

ETA:  What percentage of Austrian troops had to go to Afghanistan?

A) 1938-1945 of course.

B) Don't know if this is a serious question or not, but ... 0% (no troops there, unless you count a handful or so military experts who are training the Afghan police).

Tender, do women have an equivalent of draft?

No, women are exempt from the draft and civil service.

(Although there are some politicians from the ÖVP and FPÖ who support a female draft/civil service for equality reasons, also just recently a female ÖVP politician from Tyrol).

I guess the only country in Europe to require women to be drafted is Norway.
