The 2015 Chicago mayoral election will take place on February 24, 2015, to elect the Mayor of Chicago.
The election is non-partisan and if no candidate receives an absolute majority, a runoff will be held between the top two finishers on April 7, 2015.
Incumbent Mayor Rahm Emanuel, a member of the Democratic Party who has been in office since 2011, is running for re-election to a second term in office.
