This is a national poll?  So either this poll is junk, or PPP has a huge Republican bias?

It looks like this is a national poll, yes.

But among their poll questions (which is of registered voters), it says that the respondents voted for Obama over Romney by 51-42.

So, the Clinton vs. GOP numbers are much better than that.

Maybe there is a difference between robo-polls (PPP) and telephone polls when it comes to Hillary.

Or the numbers are made to look good for her because the polling institute is a "Clinton" one.

It'll be interesting how this lead holds by the time we actually get to 2016.

These leads will never hold.

Once Hillary jumps in and she's running for something, instead of being a Foreign Minister that nobody cares about, her leads against the top-GOPers will drop dramatically. Also, because name recognition for the others is rising (this is true only if Rubio/Christie remain somewhat popular). Within 1 month after jumping in, her leads should drop to 0-10%.
