Obama picked up 4 percentage points since the last survey in August, while Romney remained unchanged.

In Tulsa, Romney and Obama were both at 46 percent. Romney led by 26 points in Oklahoma City and 42 points in the rest of the state.

The survey included both land lines and cell phones.
