I've seen these stickers all over Vienna. What does it mean?

I think the subtext says something like "The Action Community lies to the faces of the students"

There are student body elections this year in Austria in every university. They are held every 2 years.

There are several groups representing students such as:

Aktions-Gemeinschaft (AG) - the ÖVP student organisation
Grüne & Alternative StudentInnen (GRAS) - the Green Party student organisation
Verband Sozialistischer StudentInnen Österreichs (VSStÖ) - the SPÖ student organisation
Ring Freiheitlicher Studenten (RFS) - the FPÖ student organisation
Kommunistischer StudentInnenverband (KSV) - the KPÖ student organisation
Liberales Studentinnen und Studenten Forum (LSF) - the LIF student organisation

And a couple of independent groups such as:

Unabhängige Fachschaftslisten Österreichs (FLÖ)
Fraktion engagierter Studierender (FEST)

In the last student elections in 2009, the seats were as followed:

22 AG
16 FLÖ
15 GRAS
12 FEST
  8 VSStÖ
  2 KSV
  1 RFS
  9 Independents

When it comes to the poster you posted, it is probably from the Leftist Student Groups like GRAS or VSStÖ, because they want to tie the AG to measures of former ÖVP-Interior Minister Maria Fekter, who was a hardliner when it came to deporting foreigners and asylum seekers and that is not really popular with left-wing students. By tying Fekter to the AG, the left-wingers hope to break the AG plurality in the elections this year.

The text means:

Aktions-Gemeinschaft (AG) = ÖVP = Deportation

The AG is a slap in the face of students (in terms of lies) !

I'd have seen the left stronger among students...

Young people are more racist.

Especially in Austria.

Not at the University of Salzburg:

32% GRAS
26% AG
22% VSStÖ
11% PLUSS
  3% KSV
  3% JULIS
  3% RFS

57% for the Leftists, 29% for the Neo-Liberals, 11% for the Independents and 3% for the Nazis.
