I have absolutely no idea which thread to post this in, but does anyone else despise affluent suburbanites that listen to Garth Brooks, drive overpriced disgusting pickup trucks, and pretend to be cowboys/cowgirls even though they've never worked outdoors nor lived outside of a suburb in their lives? There's tons of these people in certain parts of Nebraska and I can't stand them.
I'm from America by the way, to answer this thread's question.
I tick off about half of those attributes:
✅Affluent suburbanite
✅Garth Brooks enjoyer
❌Drives overpriced truck - but I hope to do so one day
❌Pretends to be cowboy
✅Never had a job that involves outdoor work
✅Never lived outside of a suburb (though technically always in satellite towns)
✅Affluent suburbanite
❌Garth Brooks enjoyer
❌Drives overpriced truck (oversized but not overpriced - bought it used for a bit under 20k)
❌Pretends to be cowboy
❌Never had a job that involves outdoor work
❌Never lived outside of a suburb
✅Affluent suburbanite
✅Garth Brooks enjoyer
❌Drives overpriced truck (no one in my affluent suburb drives trucks, except for Rivians)
❌Pretends to be cowboy
✅Never had a job that involves outdoor work (I am not going to count "canvassing")
❌Never lived outside of a suburb
✅Affluent suburbanite
✅Garth Brooks enjoyer
❌Drives overpriced truck
❌Pretends to be cowboy
✅Never had a job that involves outdoor work
✅Never lived outside of a suburb (unless you count four years on Vandy's campus, which doesn't really look like you're in the middle of the city, or two summer internships in DC).
❌Affluent suburbanite
✅Garth Brooks enjoyer
❌Drives overpriced truck (I wish lmao)
❌Pretends to be cowboy
❌Never had a job that involves outdoor work
❌Never lived outside of a suburb
I wish I was this person lmao
