Anyway, is fracking even popular in Pennsylvania anymore? I could swear that a few months back I saw a poll of the state that had a plurality of adults opposing it.

My guess is that the people who support fracking are materially interested in its preservation (direct employment or local industry), therefore more likely to decide their vote and turn out based on the issue. An issue with plurality opposition may still be a vote-winner.

Nonsense overtly partisan poll just like Trafalgar.
If you believe that Bidens Comment about banning Fracking and shutting down the Oil Industry didn't hurt him then believe it!
He doesn't want to ban fracking (I wish he did).

The oil industry thing is a transitional thing in the future.  (He later said he meant subsidies, but even if we were talking just straight up moving away from the oil industry...why not, if we're able to with renewable energy?  Why continue to use energy sources that pollute?  I suspect you don't believe in climate change, though.)

Biden has chosen to run with the classic and well-tested campaign strategy of vaguely explaining his way to victory. Never fails! Great choice for a man known for his coherent explanations of things.

Still waiting for Trump's beautiful healthcare plan.

Me too? Pennsylvania native Darrelle Revis out here with the deflections.

I was responding to the point that Biden is the one with vague plans.

The argument isn't that Biden "has vague plans." The argument is that the headline of his plans (BIDEN HATE FOSSIL FUEL) will lose him votes, so he's stuck explaining his plans (and in doing so vaguely, failing to even explain). Surely you've heard the maxim "if you're explaining, you're losing."

Trump is stupid and shallow and his campaign is stupid and shallow, with no attempt at explanation (i.e. effective).
