Like who? If it's in public view, then hell no. If it's really private, absolutely no one opposes that.
republicans have tried to ban nudist resorts before. I think there was a bill in the Kansas legislature that would've banned someone from being naked around anyone except their spouse or a medical doctor.

I think you could still do it through a hole in a sheet, in traditional relgious-nut fashion.
However no doubt a state that would ban private nudity would ban premarital sex.
