The probem, Kalwejt, is that a great deal of non-classical is stuff like heavy metal, rap or other genres of non-music. It's a great deal of noise, yes, but it's not music. That applies to a great deal of non-classical works (and some classical music, too!).

Please refrain from the above sort of editorializing (trolling?) in this thread, and only post 'listenable items', if we cannot call it music.  Links as well please.

Momus - His Majesty the Baby
Momus - I Refuse To Die
Momus - Professor Shaftenberg

His Majesty the Baby:

Crooked smiles, mongol eyes and a toothless grin

I hate his majesty the baby
His bowels and bladder uncontrolled
Sitting astride a throne of nappies
As though his sh**t were made of gold
Just like a cherub on a fountain
He suckles breasts as big as mountains
Then pisses freely on the women
Who so lovingly surround him

Prof Shaftenberg:

He's a polyglot, a psychopath, an androgyne
He likes to handcuff Japanese girls hanging upside down
He is rampant like the stallion
He wears the gold medallion
Of the Royal Order Of Reprobates Of Lichtenstein

He's a bondage fan, a gastronome, a sensualist
Unparalleled for sinister lasciviousness
In a love hotel at half past four
He'll purchase schoolgirl underwear
Meet Noboyushi Araki for dinner there

Professor Shaftenberg
Professor Shaftenberg
He is sponsored by Lufthansa
To screw the pants off Japanese girls

Momus - Charm Song
Vampire Weekend - Diplomat's Son
Momus & Vampire Weekend - Salty Hot Peanuts

"The Charm Song"
Depending on what you'd like to get
In life there are many etiquettes
The way to get rich is to stitch people up
The way to get laid is to hang around drunks

But there's one thing you must tell yourself
One principle that comes before all else
It's something your grandfather knew
Lack of charm can be fatal to you

Enjoyed it Erasurehead.  I guess Comets on Fire is a bit in this vein as well, which rejectamenta has led us down.

Comets on Fire - Sour Smoke

Nice..  I always liked Captain Sensible's Wot!, and the Captain made me think of one of my favorite German New Wave songs:
ZEITGEIST FEAT. GEORGE KRANZ - Der Kapitän (1983).  rejectamenta, if you like Comets on Fire and all that other heavy stuff, do you like 'sludge', like this: Weedeater - Monkey Junction?
