It's a meme, opebo. You know, like, with the doggy and the stupid captions. I found it pretty hilarious myself, but I've had a bottle of champagne.

Yeah I figured it was a meme - that's pretty obvious.  But, what is its meaning?  What is the joke?  What is it based on?  Is that how a computer writes?  I don't get why you type it that way to make the meme.
