I'm pretty similar. More like 177 cm in height and maybe 165 to 170 pounds in weight. I don't do bulk, but I can get up to 175 on occasion as well. Yeah but if I remember rightly you have a wasp-like waist.

I've lived over here nigh on seven years and I still strongly prefer the american system, though I do know and use the Celsionic as well. Or Metronomic.
