Reading about the social state of the bottom half of the SES pile in Georgia makes for depressing reading. All the female teenagers seem to get pregnant, and the educational level is horrifically low.

You aught to lap it up, friend - its the other side of your coin.  If you want to be rich, they have to be poor.

Seems like they used to deign to give these unfortunate people scraps from their most high and mighty farmhouse table, though.

It is mere chance that Roy Barnes had to deal with fewer of those types. One wonders why they have not self-deported to San Francisco over the last decade.

Come now, surely you're aware that rents in San Francisco are several thousand dollars per month.  I doubt many Georgians of any stripe could afford that, much less the slaves.
