Go all hispanic all the time.  Get rid of all party leaders and replace them with hispanics.   Don't show any more whitefaces on TV - just hispanics.  Don't bother with blacks, they'll never be taken in by your nonsense.  You might throw in some Asians.  But just hide whitey.
