I think we've officially hit rock-bottom. Now that superhero fatigue is setting in, I am hopeful for better numbers in 2024.

Is superhero fatigue really going to lower this number? The superhero presence in your list is already fairly minimal - most of it seems to be Across the Spider-Verse, which is the one superhero series that people still seem to really like - and the last movie of that series might be coming this year as well. The biggest items this year were Barbie and Mario, and I don’t know if there’s as much fatigue with that sort of franchise stuff in general (there’s certainly plenty of stuff to cover this quota this year - hello, Dune!)
