Was a little worried that this amendment permits for the kind of coercive tactics that human traffickers often use. In either case, the claim that BDSM would somehow be banned by this bill is ridiculous. The amendment pushed by lfromnj and Jimmy feels a lot less like a "allow BDSM amendment" and a lot more like an "allow Matt Gaetz amendment" to me.
