I too will support this bill, also I noticed that everyone is in agreement with this bill therefor in accordance with Article III, Section 4 of the Constitution of Atlasia, I move to override the rules and pass this bill immediately. Override and passage shall take effect immediately following five "Aye" votes being recorded for this motion.

Unfortunately according to House Rules, you can't do that, only the presiding officer. And it can only be done with unanimous consent, not 5 votes.

Quote
Article 4: Debate

1.) After a piece of legislation is introduced to the House of Representatives floor, debate shall begin immediately. Debate on the legislation shall last for no less than 72 hours. The House of Representatives may waive the 72-hour requirement on any legislation by passing cloture by unanimous consent. To waive the 72-hour requirement, the presiding officer must request unanimous consent to waive the minimum debate time requirement and provide 24 hours for a representative to object to this request. If the 72-hour requirement is waived, the presiding officer shall immediately open a final vote.

Fhtagn, the constitution explicitly states that the House may set or change its own rules by majority vote. Any stronger requirements are really only a formality - any set of five members can rewrite or override the rules.
