#1. whether or not they are from this universe (FF) or another dimension (HP)

AND

#2. whether or not they have less than 10,000 eyes (FF) or if they have greater than or equal to 10,000 eyes (HP)

failure on one is fine they can still be FF, but failure on both makes them HP

It would not surprise me if some of atlasians are from an alternate universe, but no one has more than 9999 eyes, so no one is an hp.
