they r americans and i'd tell everybody anybody who believes in the CONSTITUTION is an AMERICAN and so it don't matter where they come from then.

I do not think America in the 1940s would elect an atheist with a black wife to be POTUS anyway tho. very culuturally far from those times.

I am fairly sure it would have been illegal for you to marry a Black wife in Tennessee in the 1940's to be honest.

ya it would have, i would have gone to the big house just bcuz i dont find white women attractive smh.
