Abortion is a profound act of love. No one has ever died from a (correctly performed) abortion. Meanwhile millions of women and other pregnant people will die or be imprisoned due to miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies, etc.

Lindsey Graham is generally detestable, but he occasionally has moments of good. This is one of those times; a definite step in the right direction, even if I'd like to see a more strict national ban.
