Pathetic and cowardly move by the Europeans, and will hurt Ukraine's pro-Western stance more than I think most people realize - many Ukrainians are already upset about the pressure and conditionality being put on them by the West, but feel they have no other choice. If they feel that they are just going to be thrown under the bus, Europe will lose its greatest geopolitical win since the fall of the Berlin Wall.
