There is definitely some level of gerrymandering that impacted these totals. In Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Florida, and Texas, Its possible that Biden does better without it. I have actually gamed out the Florida state Senate before and found that a nonpartisan map gives Biden and Trump 20 Districts each (and the chamber itself would be tied with no seats going against the Presidential winner).
