If I were a Democrat I wouldn't be giving up hope so quickly on the Virginia race.  Allen's only up a little bit and there might be lots of dem precincts that have yet to be reported.

Maybe Allen, who is said to be bored of the Senate, will just concede the race, even if he's in the lead.  There's no way he can run for President now.
