If Ryan wants to really let off steam, he can start the impeachment process.

Why would he want to do that now? Wait a year, make sure Pence is going down for perjury or something, more Dems in the House just to help things along and then he can vote to make himself President.
Better if dems win the house, president Ryan would be more sane but still not great.
