Be it resolved that;
Upon the resignation of First Minister Ishan, owing to the lack of elected Speaker the most senior parliamentarian shall take interim executive powers,
As the most senior parliamentarian, in my position as acting First Minister the following orders are to be enacted;
- Owing to my lack of experience in administering elections booths, it is in the interests of the region to have an experienced administrator,
- Thusly, Secretary of Federal Elections Battista Minolta is hereby appointed Fremont Minister for Electoral Affairs. He shall continue to serve in this office at the First Minister’s prerogative.
- As the constitution calls for the interim executive to not serve out the term, but does not codify exact arrangements for their electoral renewal,
- Thusly, I hereby order a Special Election for the position of First Minister, to be held on the weekend beginning Friday the 14th of July, to be administered in accordance with all relevant constitutional provisions.
