I most wholeheartedly concur with PiT.
I would just like to make it clear, I object in the strongest possible terms to us endorsing Matthew27 for the House. He is grossly unfit to hold office and does not belong in the Atlasian House of Representatives. The fact that we are even considering endorsing him, quite frankly, beggars belief.
If we endorse him just because no one else asked for our endorsement then what's next? Pericles, or Zaybay, or MAINEaic or Adam Griffin receiving our endorsement just because they had the audacity to ask for it?

I request appointment to the position of Party Secretary.
I feel I am well qualified for this role as I managed vote tallies for the party at the recent election, and am more than happy to do this at any and all future elections.

I hereby appoint AustralianSwingVoter as Federalist Party Secretary!

I am still working on what to do about other positions. if you are interested let me know, also consider the caucuses as well, since they have various positions dealing with outreach/recruitment and so on depending on their individual bylaws.
Thank you very much, Mr President.

Why should party members have to request endorsement? As a party member, should we not expect our parties support in an election?
What benefit is there to being a party member if you have to fight for the party's support?

We have an issue with inactivity in this game. This ensures that we are holding ourselves accountable by endorsing people who are willing to make an effort.

But NC Yankee has introduced a by-law change literally last week to deal with inactivity.

All three appear to have passed unanimously.

I will do a formal count later.

I would make it clear I object to and voted nay on the third amendment.

Given that who knows what might happen, I might as well prepare early.
I request the endorsement of this fantastic party of which I am both a member and Party Secretary for my re-election to the Parliament of Fremont.

I request the Federalist endorsement for the clown car race.
I'm actually not sure if the by-laws would allow it, but in case it is possible I would like to request the party endorsement for the Fremont Senate race.

Mr. Chair, can we please hold an emergency vote our endorsement for the Fremont special senate election immediately, as the election is this weekend, and barely have any time left.

2 more things I forgot to sort out yesterday:

Yes obviously voting to endorse me now is stupid when I've deregistered. However I probably will come back in January and then I will be requesting endorsement again.

Secondly, just to make it clear, by deregistering I'm vacating the office of party secretary. If you want to fill it you can, however when my sabbatical ends I would rather like my job back.

Also, once again, as I'm locking myself out of Atlas, if you need to contact me, PM me on AAD. It's the only account I can't lock myself out of without extreme difficulty.
