Warren is going to be 71 this fall, while Harris will be 56 and Klobuchar 60. Warren wouldn't be a good choice for numerous reasons IMO, but her age is a major one. Why should Biden pick a 70+ year old as his running mate? Makes absolutely ZERO sense.

He's going to pick Harris, and I would be willing to bet money on it.

I think it's down to Harris, Rice, and either Warren/Duckworth. Bass is a laughable pick that I never gave much possibility to happening. I also think Rice's chances are overstated but that's just my two cents.
