I haven't heard any black people saying things have gotten better for them under Obama.

Are there any here who would claim such a thing?

Certainly it seems like black people are more incensed at things now than towards the end of Bush's Presidency. Every single thing now is a cause for protest and outrage. Bernie Sanders cannot speak about technology or drugs or economics without #BlackLivesMatter thinking that he should stfu about whatever and cede the mic to them.

Liberals may not have improved the lot of African Americans but they sure have worked them up into a righteous anger that the Dems hope will help them come election time.
