The Michigan State Senate is ours!!!
So they've definitely counted all of the ballots in the "broken voting machine" precinct?
I would assume there may still be absentees to count, and that's close enough that a recount is also warranted. But yeah, quite good news if it holds up. GOP has held the State Senate since 1984.
Republican Roger Kahn narrowly defeated Democrat Carl Williams to win the race.
The vote total was 46,313 for Kahn and 45,785 for Williams.
Spoke to soon.
