Thoughts?

I ask because while it isn't as significant as say, the first gay President, or the first female President, or something like that - as an Italian-American male it'd be nice to say "this was our President." The only Catholic got a bullet in his brain. I know Italian-American Catholics are not a minority in the sense of actual minorities - but, it still would be nice to see one day. Most Italians are stereotyped as being like Jersey Shore esque buffoons and Italian-American culture is stereotyped highly negatively. It'd be nice to have an eloquent leader to displace those stereotypes.

Will it ever happen?
