- All statues of Franco in the city of Santander were removed by 2008
- Ceuta's "Franco's feet" were removed in 2010
- Busts and statues in Madrid, Zaragoza, and Valencia were removed
- Large statues in Ferrol and Valencia were moved into museums

The monuments are only removed in the cities governed by the communists of Podemos or where the Psoe governs with iu, or in independentistas cities, And keeping them has won in multiple referendum.
