Well, I tried to do it once, and it just didn't work out as I had hoped... I'll join this new version of the ACLC.

I woudl consider joining if they endorsed fiscally conservative candidates.

The ACLC is civil libertarian entity... I don't know of a time when it scored candidates economically... Although my memory of the first incarnation is fuzzy.

I'm just saying that I wouldn't want to join if they endorsed a hardcore liberal; I'm not saying they should grade on economics, I'm just saying that economics are a more important issue to me.

Well this is a group that is just concerned with civil liberties and social issues, they never had an economic policy as far as I can recall. Also the hardcore liberal thing made me chuckle about how warped American political terminology is.

All terminology is relative.

Wow, did not know this would turn into a left-wing extremist group (with the exception of guns) (sound familiar?)

The group is a civil libertarian entity... What do you think the definition of Civil Libertarianisim is?... Do you know any prominant ones... For example, Clarence Darrow was a civil libertarian.

I support this platform.

Given that some of the members are engaged in campaigns right now, I propose officers for this cycle be non-candidates.
