What region does "Asian American" actually refer to?
Is someone from Anatolia or Israel also considered an Asian American?

Usually there's fine print that says "Middle Eastern and North African origin should select 'White'"

So, "Asian American" really means "East Asian American"?
Does "Russian American" only refer to Western Russian or the whole of Russia?
